Knitasha Washington, DHA, MHA, FACHE brings more than 25 years of experience as a multi-dimensional health care leader focused on quality improvement, safety, and health equity. Her career has spanned roles in healthcare administration, managed care, quality management, disparities research, and policy. The trajectory of her work has mostly served as a change agent driving organizational performance improvement, quality, and safety improvement, as well as advising on health policy matters, and leadership contributing to large-scale national public health campaigns. Dr. Washington has international health professional training and experience with extensive knowledge of strategies to advance innovation and improve outcomes through community engagement, patient engagement, and stakeholder alignment. She has a proven track record working with safety net, public, and teaching healthcare systems. As a health equity practitioner and social science researcher her skill and expertise bridge population health methodologies with the applied science of health services delivery to improve quality, safety, and equity outcomes.

Pamala Hutcherson has more than 20 years in the Marketplace working with one of the largest healthcare insurers in the nation. In this role, she manages a multi-million dollar book of business that consists of a full suite of products for employer groups that allow them to pass healthcare delivery savings on to their employees. In addition to her work in the corporate, she owned a coaching and consulting firm that assists business owners in start-up and expansion. Additionally, she hosts workshops with various employers by offering programs that aid in staff professional and personal development.

Chandra has experience on both the provider and payer side of healthcare. Chandra is a case management nurse Northwestern Memorial Hospital and has a vast experience in transplant case management. She has held various positions with community based organization boards and uses her knowledge in healthcare to provide direction when dealing with diverse populations.

Knadya is our resident Quality Assurance/Case Manager. Knadya expert in the field working on complex client quality projects and ensuring quality assurance. Knadya enjoys the face-to-face interaction with her clients and uses that experience as she works to build relationships in the community.

Antonea has worked in the field of healthcare for more than 15 years. She works closely with providers by negotiating contract terms and provider fee schedules. She brings her knowledge of negotiating to the organization and helps to leverage partnerships and collaborations.

Latisa has worked in corporate for more than 18 years. She most recently took her corporate knowledge and worked to expand the commercial cleaning service that she and her husband own. She enjoys building relationships with clients and enjoys spending time at community events.

Roland has worked in corporate claims administration for more than 15 years. Roland also had experience working as a program administrator in Saraland, AL for its local youth boot camp. In his spare time, he enjoys weight lifting and training. Roland enjoys working with youth males on conditioning programs for football and basketball.
